Conshohocken Physical Therapy

Player sponsor of Joe Henson

We are a privately owned and operated practice that delivers high quality,
evidence based care to improve their patients quality of life. They have an
established reputation both locally and nationally, as they have been voted
the 'Best PT Practice' in Montgomery County and owner Desirea D. Caucci,
PT, DPT, has been named one of the top 3 Physical Therapists in the
nation by Advance Magazine.

We recently relocated to 20 E. 11th Avenue in Conshohocken to expand
and to add additional services, including aquatic therapy in a state of the
art Endless Pool.  There are currently five Physical Therapists on staff,
each with a broad range of skills and specialties.

Physical therapists can help improve or restore the mobility you need to
move forward with your life. If you are looking for a possible alternative to
pain medication and/or surgery, consider Conshohocken PT.   “Physical
therapy is not just for post surgical rehab.  We can help just about anyone
who has pain or dysfunction” said Dr. Caucci.  Our highly skilled Doctors of
Physical Therapy spend at least thirty minutes alone with each patient,
giving them the time and attention they need to recover.  Because of this
unmatched level of care, they are the provider of choice for many trusted
Physicians in the area.

Our ultimate goals are to provide the highest level of care and to promote
rehabilitative independence for each patient, enabling him or her to
continue progressing through self management.  Every patient learns the
most effective techniques to resolve or control his or her individual problem
and is prepared to maintain progress independently with the established
home programs upon discharge.

Our Physical Therapists are experienced with treating the following
diagnoses:
Arthritis • Back pain • Balance dysfunction • Bursitis • Carpal Tunnel
Syndrome • Chronic pain • Dizziness • Dislocations • Fibromyalgia
Fractures • Hand injuries • Headaches • Herniated discs • Incontinence
Knee injuries • Neck pain • Osteoporosis • Pelvic pain • Plantarfasciitis

SPECIALIZED SERVICES
Workplace Ergonomic Consultations
So many of us-too many of us-have jobs that require us to sit at a computer, lift heavy objects,
etc. for prolonged periods of time.  Add up the time—forty hours per week, 52 weeks per year,
year after year after year.  This amounts to a majority of our time in the sitting position.
Additionally, when we are not at work, what position do we assume to drive, to eat, to watch
television?  Get the point?!  Our muscle start to shorten overtime and this causes imbalances in our
posture and can ultimately lead to pain and dysfunction in various parts of our bodies.

Call our office (610-828-7595) to schedule an ergonomic consultation at your workplace.

Golf Fitness Programs
We offer specialized therapeutic programs to get your body fit for the golf course.  Several
techniques can be utilized ranging from myofascial release to hands on treatment to specialized
exercise routines.

Depending on coverage and pre-existing physical conditions, some treatments may be covered by
health insurance.  Cash payments can also be set up based on your specialized program.

Personal Training
From a physical therapist’s perspective, a person who is physically fit has a properly aligned and
balanced body, flexible yet strong muscles, an efficient heart and healthy lungs, and a good ratio of
body fat to lean mass.  Being perfectly fit does not come easy; it is something we all should
continually work towards in our daily routines.
